What Did We Release?
In May 2026 we released Post-Appointment Messaging Automations directly into the CareMessage platform enabling clinics to automatically reach patients after visits using EHR-synced appointment data and configurable workflows.
There are two types of automations you can build:
No-Show Recall - automatically follow up with patients who no-show, in order to reengage them.
Patient Satisfaction Surveys - enables you to capture survey responses after a patient attends an appointment, automatically.
Why Did We Build This?
These automations can help improve appointment rebooking rate for no shows and collect more feedback, all without spending time on manual outreach.
One FQHC saw a 50% increase in satisfaction surveys responses.
Another saw no-shows decrease by 5% after implementing Post-Appointment Messaging Automations.
