With this update to CareMessage’s attributed members functionality you can engage your newly imported members without the need for manual outreach. This helps you efficiently connect with newly-assigned Medicaid, ACO, and Medicare MCO patients.
Our pre-built message sequences are proven to convert members by:
Importing lists from MCOs, ACOs, and Health Plans directly into CareMessage
Syncing new members with existing patients
Managing Members as a unique contact type

What’s New?
Members can be enrolled in our New Member Program as they’re imported into CareMessage. This short program allows you to automate reaching out to attributed members, up to 3 times. The members are able to self-report if they are interested in booking (now or later), if they receive care somewhere else, if they are already a patient, or if it is the wrong person or number. This enables staff to save time on monthly outreach, capture critical data, and maximize conversion of new patients.
This can be done by selecting the "Enroll Member in New Member Program" checkbox now listed when uploading members into the File Center. For more information on how to upload members into CareMessage, visit Upload Members with the File Center.
Additionally, you’ll now see a new “Members” tab on the navigation bar when you log into CareMessage. Clicking on this tab will allow you to upload attributed lists and quickly message those patients to bring them in for visits.
